Should I use the NutriCurls Waves shampoo or the Curls shampoo?
Go by your pattern. The Shampoo Waves is for looser, S-shaped waves that get weighed down easily. The Micellar Shampoo Curls is for defined curls and coils that need a gentler, more moisturising wash. If your hair is a mix, which is common, pick the one that matches most of your head and adjust with conditioner on the curlier sections.

What is the NutriCurls Cleansing Conditioner for?
It's a low-lather wash that cleans and conditions in one step, often called co-washing. Curly hair that dries out with regular shampoo can use it between shampoo days, or instead of shampoo for a few washes. You'll still want a proper shampoo now and then to clear styling product build-up, especially if you use creams and balms every day.

How do I use the Curlixir Balm and Milky Waves?
Both go on damp hair after washing. Curlixir Balm is the richer option for curls that need definition and frizz control; scrunch it through, then air dry or diffuse. Milky Waves is lighter, so it suits waves that collapse under heavier creams. Apply to soaking-wet hair for better clumping and don't touch it while it dries.

How is NutriCurls different from Sebastian Twisted?
Both are made for waves and curls. NutriCurls has more steps to choose from, including separate shampoos for waves and curls, a co-wash and two stylers. Sebastian Twisted is a shorter routine built around the Curl Magnifier cream, which suits people who want one styler and an elastic, defined finish. How often should curly hair use the NutriCurls Mask?
Once a week is a good start, swapped in for the Detangling Conditioner. Dry, coily or coloured curls can use it twice a week.
