How to use it (and not overdo it)

• Start with clean, towel-dried hair. Wear gloves.
• Apply evenly through mid-lengths and ends. Leave 3-10 minutes — shorter for a subtle refresh, longer for more payoff. Rinse until water runs clear.
• For cool/toning shades like Blue, start short. You can always go again; you can't take it out.
• Use every 1-2 weeks as your colour fades, not every wash.
